Weekly fitness update
1 1/2 hours Zumba
1 hour "Amp'd Up Abs"
4 hours dance class
2 hours on the Eliptical
30 minutes line dance class
2 hours climbing a "mountain" (glorified hill!)
Which is all wonderful. So lets not talk about the food this week :)
